/n 2027 Graduate Nurse Program is now open for applications. /n These positions are open to Registered Nurse graduates who were previously eligible for the PMCV 2026 (for 2027) graduate match and were unsuccessful in matching with a health service. /n /n Permanent Part-Time - 48 - 64 hours per fortnight /n /n Our Graduate Program provides an opportunity for newly registered nurses to make the transition to professional practice within the Central Goldfields and Pyrenees regions, only a short 50-minute drive from the Regional Cities Ballarat & Bendigo, and 2 hours from Melbourne. /n Our Graduate Program is a 12-month structured and supported program that consists of 6-month clinical area rotations - /n /n

- Aged Care; Dunolly, Avoca and Maryborough Campuses

- Inpatient Unit

- Urgent Care Centre

- Perioperative Services

/n

- District Nursing

/n /n As part of the MDHS graduate program, graduate nurses will be supported to consolidate clinically and develop professionally through - /n /n

- Comprehensive Induction and Orientation to Maryborough District Health Service and Clinical Areas.

- Clinical support, mentorship and organisational education opportunities;

/n





- Supernumerary and orientation time are provided within the program structure, as is Annual Leave per the EBA

/n

- Paid study days spread throughout the program with additional study days offered

/n

- Regular debriefing and rounding opportunities;

/n

- Access to a variety of interactive E-Learning programs including targeted online CPD topics to assist your development.
