- Act as the primary commercial and operational contact for 3rd Party Service (3PS) customers.
- Manage customer relationships, governance meetings and service reviews.
- Lead current customer onboarding activities and operational implementation.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Contact Centre, Logistics, Warehouse and Repair Operations.
- Support business development activities and ensure a smooth transition from contract signing to operational delivery.
