The Role The Electrician will be primarily working on electrical, energy, civil and renewable projects, including the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical infrastructure. The Electrician will work closely with the Project Manager and Field Staff on the delivery of projects, as well as ongoing maintenance activities to ensure the reliability, safety and performance of electrical assets.

- Participating in field activities relating to the installation, maintenance,



inspection and repair of electrical infrastructure;
- Deliver preventive and reactive maintenance activities;
- Diagnosing and fault-finding electrical issues, conducting repairs and responding to equipment breakdowns;
- Management of projects within or below budget, including cost of labour and materials;
- Liaising with client, site and vendors on aspects of the design and construction;
- Subcontractor management and quality control;
- Run pre-start and toolbox meetings for staff on site;
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety and environmental legislation

Skills & Experience The role will ideally suit an experienced Electrician with a positive can-do attitude. The successful candidate will be able to problem solve, have a proactive work ethic coupled with the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

- Qualified Electrician (i.e., A Grade Electrician)
- 3 years of working experience in electrician / construction industry (energy/renewables preferred)
- Wide knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (electrical codes, international design standards)
- Experience within electrical infrastructure and services, embedded network, energy efficiency, solar PV, including ground mount systems and batteries (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong negotiating skills.
