Diamond Creek | Full-time | Company van | Monthly RDO | Bonuses

We're looking for an A-grade electrician who wants to be a part of a team they enjoy working with.

You'll be trusted to run your own jobs, with a well-organised team backing you. Good pay, systems that work, and real opportunities to grow with us.

ABOUT US

Wireplex Electrical is a family-owned business based in Diamond Creek, and we're proud of the crew we're building.

We're mainly around Melbourne's north-east, with the odd job further afield to keep things compelling. Most of our work is residential: renovations, lighting and power, switchboards, maintenance and fault finding, solar, battery and security.

No two days are the same, and that's half the fun.

We're a small crew by choice. You'll know everyone you work with. We take pride in the job, support each other, and keep a positive, professional environment on site. We work hard, we look after our clients, and we enjoy being a team that actually gets along.

HOW WE WORK

Your own jobs. You'll get independence on site and a solid team in your corner. You'll have the trust to get stuck in, make good decisions on site, and keep the day moving. Competitive pay, clear processes, and a real chance to grow as we do.

Organised from day one. We use ServiceM8 for jobs, notes, and photos so everything stays organised and you're not chasing scraps of paper or half-remembered details.

Take-home van. You'll have a company van to take home.

Keeping it well presented and ready for the next job is part of how we work, and it makes your mornings a lot easier.

ABOUT YOU

- Victorian unrestricted A-grade electrical licence
- Full driver's licence and white card
- Strong experience in residential electrical work
- Clear, professional communication with customers and the team
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Reliable, easy to work with, and a good fit for a small crew

If you like variety, care about doing the job properly, and want to work with people you'll be happy to see on a Monday morning, you'll fit right in.

WHAT WE OFFER

- $50–$58 per hour + super
- Company van (take-home)
- Monthly RDO
- Bonuses to recognise great work
- Quarterly team days out to unwind and catch up as a crew
- Monday to Friday
- Paid solar and battery training if you don't already hold it
- Varied residential work in a supportive team that wants you to succeed

This isn't a faceless roster. It's a real team, good work, and a setup that makes the job more enjoyable. SOUND LIKE THE RIGHT FIT?

We'd really like to hear from you. Send through a short note about yourself: what you're looking for in your next role and what you'd bring to the crew.

It doesn't need to be perfect. We care about how you work and how you treat people more than how fancy your resume looks.

Come and be part of what we're building at Wireplex.
