We are seeking an experienced and reliable Accounts All-Rounder to join our team in Darwin.
This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced finance professional who is confident managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and end-to-end payroll.

Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, receipts, reconciliations and debt collection
- Manage Accounts Payable, including invoice processing, supplier payments and reconciliations
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including new starters and terminations
- Process superannuation, PAYG and other payroll requirements
- Prepare payroll reports and complete payroll reconciliations
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end processes and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Liaise with suppliers, customers and employees regarding accounts and payroll queries
- Assist with general accounting and administration duties as required
About You
About you
- Minimum 5 years' payroll experience, with robust knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing
- Strong experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong computer skills and experience using accounting and payroll software
- Sound knowledge of Australian payroll requirements, including PAYG, superannuation and STP
- A proactive, reliable and professional approach
