As a NSW Account Manager looking after Sydney, you will be working with awesome products and leading Cafes. You’ll get to apply your upbeat personality, strong EQ, and coffee skills to contribute to team wins through exceptional coffee knowledge, products and customer experience.

Who are we looking for?

We require an experienced skilled. You might be looking to apply your deep knowledge of specialty coffee to customers, helping them grow and using that superior knowledge to outcompete. Or you could be a BDM or account manager looking to marry your specialty coffee knowledge with your interest in sales.

● Management and monitoring of customer equipment

● Host wholesale customer training sessions and troubleshoot customer enquiries

● Coffee training and machine setup





● Grow existing wholesale customers by offering industry expertise

● Generate new wholesale accounts: Cafes, retail, etc.

● Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients

● Present product and promotional information, workshops and training to customers

● Occasionally represent at trade events

● Deliveries

Experience required

- 2.5 years experience in a sales within the coffee industry
- A passion for all things coffee
- Must have experience in the coffee industry – machinery knowledge, Café ops understanding.
- Business acumen
- Full drivers licence
