Job Description
Austin Health in Melbourne's north-eastern region invites experienced cancer nurses to join Day Oncology at Home on a fixed term, part time basis (32 hours/week) from December **** to December **** (parental leave backfill).
You will deliver evidence-based nursing care to haematology and oncology patients at home and onsite, aiming to optimise community health outcomes.
Responsibilities include administering chemotherapy, providing supportive care, and ensuring patient and family engagement
