With more than 3,000 advertising opportunities across Australia and New Zealand, we deliver high-profile advertising through an extensive roadside and airport network. /n /n The Opportunity /n We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Administration Assistant to support the day to day financial and administrative requirements of our construction and operations business. /n This is a varied and dynamic role that offers exposure across multiple areas of the business – supporting Finance, Operations, QHSE, Project Delivery and Service Delivery Teams. The role would suit someone with solid administration experience who is comfortable with numbers and systems. /n /n What You’ll Be Doing /n /n
- Assisting with purchase orders, timesheet enquiries and credit card claims
/n
- Assisting with month-end information and other routine finance requirements
/n
- Managing fleet administration, including registrations, servicing, repairs and maintenance reminders
/n
- Manage and maintain multiple registers to ensure up to date information is available
/n
- Maintaining employee records, including licences, training, uniforms and certification requirements
/n
- Supporting supplier setup and maintaining accurate supplier information
/n
- Assisting with onboarding, travel, office supplies and other general administration
/n
- General administrative, office and accounts support
/n /n /n What We’re Looking For /n The successful applicant will be able to work productively in a fast-paced but friendly team setting, be comfortable multitasking whilst maintaining a strong focus on task completion. /n To be successful in this role, you will need: /n /n
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in an administration and accounts support – essential
/n
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite –essential
/n
- A self-starter who can work autonomously, manage competing priorities and take ownership of tasks
/n
- Exceptional attention to detail and solid document management capabilities
/n
- Confidence following up suppliers and internal staff to close out outstanding items
/n
- Confidence to quickly learn current workflows and database skills
/n
- Punctual and reliable with a strong sense of ownership over your role and space
/n
- A current driver’s licence and reliable transport –essential (limited public transport in the area)

- Full-time office-based role; Monday to Thursday 6am – 2.30pm and 6am – 12pm on Fridays

- Exposure to both operational administration and finance
/n
- $70,000 to $75,000 per year plus superannuation
