Miami Bakehouse Group is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our Mandurah finance team, supporting key finance functions across the business.

Working 18 hours per week, you’ll support a range of finance functions across the business, including payroll, accounts payable, reconciliations and month-end. You’ll work as part of an established finance team with strong systems and procedures in place.

Flexibility to assist with additional hours when required will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Payable support
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Sales reconciliations
- Month-end support

About You We’re looking for someone with:

- Previous Australian payroll experience




- Intermediate MYOB and Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisation and time management skills
- A reliable and proactive approach
- Australian work rights
