Fortron Automotive Treatments, a well known and long established WA company who specialise in manufacturing and distribution of a comprehensive range of automotive treatments and workshop equipment throughout Australia and overseas is looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join the team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Collection and reconciliation of debtor’s ledger, including setting up new accounts; receipting and allocation of payments; preparation of monthly statements; investigating and resolving outstanding debts.
- Process daily banking and cash flow reports.
- Reconciliation of corporate credit cards, including processing and payment.
- Answering all incoming calls and enquiries for the business.
- Updating pricing policies in the system and resolving inconsistencies.
- Invoicing specialized products & services.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties with the position also performing other general office tasks to meet all requirements of the business.
ABOUT YOU
- Maintain effective collection procedures, with a minimum 5+ years Accounts Receivable experience
- Strong customer management and relationship skills
