Looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with strong reconciliations & debtor management skills Your recent company

Your new role
Manage end-to-end accounts receivable functions, including billing, sundry charges, and debtor management
Process daily banking transactions and perform account reconciliations
Monitor and collect outstanding accounts while maintaining accurate debtor records
Prepare monthly debtor reports and assist with general ledger reconciliations
Maintain customer records and support financial administration activities
Provide general office support, including reception, document management, and administration duties
Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and related finance functions
What you'll need to succeed
Previous Accounts Receivable experience within a large organisation
Strong understanding of debtor management, reconciliations, and financial procedures
Experience using accounting software, with TASS highly regarded
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally
Ability to obtain and maintain a Working with Children Check and Police Check
