We currently have an opportunity for a full-time experienced Administration Officer to join our team. We want to hear from you if you have highly developed administration, organisation and business support skills and enjoy being part of a fast-paced and responsive team. You will support a professional team based in offices across Australia and internationally.
This is an office-based position located very close to public transport and parking options, plenty of lunch and coffee options are nearby too.
To be successful as an Administration Officer with Palaris, you need a can-do attitude and hands-on approach. You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating travel requirements for the team
- Complex professional document formatting (Word and PowerPoint)
- Assistance with the day to day running of the office
- Reception duties (We have minimal external visitors)
- Ownership and management of our internal document management system
- Assisting HR with onboarding and induction coordination
- Assisting the Project Admin and Accounts teams (extra variety in your work)
- Coordinating team social events
- Management of a small fleet of company vehicles
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Suite skills, particularly Microsoft Word and PowerPoint along with an interest in learning new systems as they evolve
- The ability to think on your feet and provide solutions which enhance the business support function
- Strong collaborative interpersonal skills with well-developed verbal and written communication
- The ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Demonstrated time management skills.
