This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 4, 2026.

Southern River College (SRC) is seeking to appoint a dedicated and highly motivated Administrative and Marketing Officer.

The Role

As an Administration and Marketing Officer, you will ideally provide high-quality administrative and marketing support while contributing to the positive profile and day-to-day operations of SRC. Working closely with the Manager Corporate Services and Deputy Principals, the successful applicant would primarily be responsible for executing the College’s Marketing Plan and for the marketing and hospitality budgets. They would also additionally support a range of administrative, financial and corporate sponsorship activities aligned with the school’s business plan.

Experience producing high-quality publications and promotional materials, maintaining websites, social media and preparing multimedia content,



while supporting a consistent school brand across internal and external communications is highly desired. The role will be responsible for arranging and coordinating major school events including graduation and assemblies. The role may also include researching and analysing school performance data, preparing reports, photographing and providing support for primary school transition, other school events and presentation evenings.

The successful applicant should display strong organisational and communication skills, with experience providing executive-level administrative support highly desirable. This role may include supporting the College Executive Leadership Team and providing minute secretary support for meetings.

- Demonstrated sound conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to use relevant software applications.
- Demonstrated experience in providing input and effective support to the development, management, implementation and monitoring of business operations, systems and plans.
