About Us

Rainbow Town Braeside is a brand-new large-scale indoor family entertainment venue opening in Melbourne. We are building an energetic, friendly and customer-focused team to deliver exceptional experiences for children and families.

We are currently recruiting team members across the following areas:

- Front of House & Customer Service
- Food & Beverage Attendant / Café
- Party Host
- Adventure Host

Training will be provided. Successful applicants will be placed in a primary role based on their experience, strengths and operational needs, with opportunities to be cross-trained across other areas of the venue.

About the Roles

We are looking for reliable, friendly and enthusiastic people who enjoy working in a busy, active and family-focused environment. Depending on your skills and experience, your role may involve guest service, ticket sales, café service, birthday parties, attraction supervision, or general venue operations.

Role Areas

Front of House & Customer Service

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Assist with reception, guest check-in and front desk operations
- Sell entry tickets, activity passes and venue products
- Process payments, memberships and POS transactions
- Assist with bookings and customer enquiries
- Support smooth guest flow during busy periods
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when required

Food & Beverage / Café Team Member

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare coffee, beverages and simple food items
- Serve food and drinks efficiently
- Operate POS and process customer orders




- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Monitor stock levels and restock supplies
- Deliver friendly and consistent customer service

Party Host

Key Responsibilities

- Host children’s birthday parties and group events
- Welcome party guests and assist families throughout their visit
- Lead party activities and games
- Set up and pack down party rooms
- Coordinate party schedules with the operations team
- Ensure party rooms remain clean, organised and ready for guests
- Deliver energetic, fun and memorable experiences for children and families

Adventure Host

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise attractions and play areas
- Welcome and assist guests using attractions
- Help children fit harnesses, helmets and other safety equipment
- Explain attraction rules and safety instructions clearly
- Monitor guest behaviour and help maintain a safe environment

Shared Requirements

- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, childcare, recreation or entertainment is highly regarded
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in a busy team setting
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Weekend, public holiday and school holiday availability is required
- Right to work in Australia is required
