We are partnering with a leading Brisbane law firm that is continuing to invest in the growth of its Health, Aged Care and Retirement Living practice. Due to continued demand, an opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer (1-3 PQE) to join a highly regarded team that advises some of the sector's most prominent organisations.

This is an opportunity to work on matters that go beyond traditional legal practice. You'll gain exposure to complex regulatory frameworks, governance issues, commercial projects, transactions and disputes while developing an in-depth understanding of industries that play a vital role in Australian communities.

The Role

Working closely with experienced practitioners, you will advise clients on a broad range of matters, including:

- Regulatory and compliance advice
- Governance and risk management matters
- Commercial agreements and projects
- Transactions and business restructures
- Investigations, disputes and contentious matters
- Strategic advisory work for organisations operating in highly regulated environments

This role offers significant client exposure and the opportunity to develop trusted adviser relationships early in your career.





About You To be successful, you will ideally have:

- 1-3 years' post-admission experience
- Exposure to commercial, regulatory, corporate, litigation, dispute resolution or advisory work
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- A proactive and commercially focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- An interest in working with clients operating within regulated industries
- Prior experience in health, aged care, retirement living, government or other regulated sectors will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
