Afternoon Shift - $*****ph
Monday-Thursday: 3:00pm-11:30pm
Friday: 1:00pm-7:30pm
About the Role
Our client based in Dandenong South is a trusted leader in greeting cards, gift packaging, Christmas crackers, licensed products, stationery, party supplies and seasonal merchandise.
We are seekingexperienced Pick Packerswho thrive in a fast-paced warehouse setting and are confident working todaily productivity, accuracy and pick-rate KPIs.
This role is best suited to warehouse professionals who enjoy being measured on performance and consistently achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing customer orders to KPI targets




RF scanning and inventory transactions
Maintaining high order accuracy levels
Meeting daily pick-rate and productivity expectations
Locating and replenishing stock throughout the warehouse
Quality checking orders before dispatch
General warehouse duties
Manual handling and lifting cartons up to 15kg
What we're Looking For:
To be successful, you will have:
Minimum 2 years' pick packing and rf scanning experience
Proven ability to consistently achieve warehouse KPIs
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to lift up to 15kg
Strong speed, accuracy and attention to detail
Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
Good attendance and reliability
Full working rights in Australia
