Gateways Support Services is seeking a casual Residential Support Worker for our Camperdown services in Victoria.
You will empower people to live independently and participate in the community, providing hands-on support in a protected, inclusive environment.
Key duties include assisting with personal care, supporting social participation, encouraging skill-building, forming meaningful relationships and maintaining thorough activity records to support each individual's goals.
