About the role A national law firm is investing seriously in AI and wants someone to build it, not just advise on it. You'll design and code AI tools and agents, lead adoption across 110 staff, and shape how the firm works for years to come.

What you'll do
- Build AI tools and agents, such as automated client intake
- Support the move to a new practice management system
- Shape the firm's AI strategy and deliver it
- Train staff nationally, including an offshore team
- Test emerging AI tools and adopt what works
What you'll bring
- Hands-on coding skills (e.g.
Python, APIs, LLM integration)
- Real experience building with tools like Claude or GPT
- The ability to explain tech clearly to non-technical people
- The drive to plan a strategy and see it through
- Legal or professional services exposure is a plus, not essential
