What Your Day Could Look Like As Allied Health Clinical Lead – Health Operations Centre, you'll play a key role in helping patients access the right care at the right time. From improving patient flow across services to influencing system-wide decisions, you'll work with clinicians, leaders and partners to deliver better experiences and outcomes for the community.

- Relevant allied health qualification and current professional registration or membership requirements.
- Strong experience providing advanced clinical leadership and managing complex care coordination challenges.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A collaborative approach with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading service redesign, workforce innovation or large-scale improvement initiatives and/or postgraduate studies in leadership, healthcare or a related field.
