We're looking for an experienced analytical chemist with strong leadership skills to guide a talented team delivering critical soil and plant analysis that underpins Queensland’s agricultural productivity, environmental sustainability, and scientific research.

As Team Leader, you'll combine technical expertise with strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of trusted, high-quality analytical services. You'll lead continuous improvement initiatives, champion quality systems, drive innovation and method development, and provide expert chemistry advice to a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.
