- Supporting accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and account reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate customer and financial information across relevant systems
- Responding to account, payment and refund enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing and coordinating finance-related correspondence and reporting
- Ensuring financial documentation and records are accurate and compliant
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to resolve queries in a timely manner
Outstanding flexibility with hybrid working available7 month contract with possibility of extension
- Previous experience within accounts receivable, finance administration or a similar financial operations role
- Experience using financial systems for customer payments, account management and reporting
- Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive approach to resolving queries and improving processes
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a team environment
