We are looking for a Senior Consulting Partner to lead and grow our Appian & Process Automation portfolio within Financial Services.

Key responsibilities:

- Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and drive strategic transformation.
- Own account growth, pipeline, and large-deal pursuits across Appian, BPM, Workflow, AI & Automation.
- Lead consulting, solution shaping, and executive governance for transformation programs.
- Drive new opportunities across Process Automation, Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI & Digital Transformation .
- Strengthen Appian/ecosystem partnerships and develop market-facing thought leadership.

Ideal profile: 15+ years of technology/consulting experience, 5+ years in Appian Architecture/CTO Advisory , solid Financial Services expertise, and a proven track record in executive consulting, business development, and large transformation programs .
