What You Will Do Every Day No two weeks are the same. In our workshop, you will gain hands-on training to:

- Operate Manual Lathes and program CNC Milling & Turning machines
- Strip, inspect, and rebuild industrial gearboxes using heavy equipment like our 400-tonne presses and 6.3-tonne overhead cranes
- Learn the highly specialized art of Gear Cutting
- Perform basic fabrication, welding, and critical preventative maintenance

Are You the Perfect Fit? This role is ideal for a motivated individual who takes pride in their work. To be successful, you will need:

- Education: Completion of Year 10 (minimum) with good results in Maths and English.
- Bonus Points: If you have completed a Cert II in Engineering or have completed metal working subjects at school, let us know!
- Attitude: A genuine passion for mechanical work, a willingness to learn, and great communication skills.
- Safety First: A commitment to safety and quality, including the ability to pass a standard drug and alcohol clearance.
