Your new company
This Federal Government team is responsible for supporting national workforce capability initiatives through the administration of training, compliance and operational processes. Working within a collaborative and highly supportive environment, you'll play an key role in maintaining quality outcomes, supporting learners and stakeholders, and contributing to ongoing business improvement activities. The initial contract would be until the end of the financial year with the possibility of an extension and would be on a labour hire basis at the APS5 level.
Your new role
As an APS5 Program Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of operational processes, ensuring the accurate management of records, compliance activities and stakeholder enquiries.
Your responsibilities will include
- Reviewing, assessing and processing documentation in line with established procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records, trackers and administrative systems.
- Responding to stakeholder enquiries and providing guidance on established processes.
- Undertaking compliance checks and reporting activities.
- Supporting the administration of a Learning Management System and related business systems.
- Managing user accounts, data quality activities and system support requests.
- Assisting with the implementation of business improvement and system transition initiatives.
- Supporting project activities including testing, documentation, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Contributing to continuous improvement activities and team objectives.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Strong administrative and program support experience from within the APS at the APS5 level.
- A Baseline Security Clearance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience working with databases, case management systems, CRMs or enterprise systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to follow documented procedures while exercising sound judgement.
- Experience managing records, compliance activities and reporting requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Previous experience supporting projects, business improvement initiatives or system implementations will be highly regarded.
