You’ll work closely with Store Leaders and Multi-Site Managers, providing the coaching, direction and support they need to help their teams and stores succeed. /n /n Your Region /n Your current portfolio includes: /n Chermside | North Lakes (2 locations) | Capalaba | Carindale | Indooroopilly | Morayfield | Kawana | Sunshine Plaza /n /n Regular travel between stores is an important part of the role. Your portfolio may evolve as PTC continues to grow and new opportunities arise. /n /n What You’ll Be Doing /n As Area Manager, you’ll be the connection between our broader business strategy and what happens in our stores every day. /n You’ll: /n /n

- Coach and develop Store Leaders and Multi-Site Managers to achieve strong team and commercial results

- Set clear performance expectations and support team development through regular coaching and Success Development Plans (SDPs)

/n

- Maintain a strong in-store presence, providing hands-on leadership and support where it matters most

/n

- Drive consistent customer experiences, operational standards and visual excellence across your region

/n

- Use performance insights and store data to identify opportunities and support informed decision-making

/n

- Activate Local Area Marketing (LAM)

/n /n /n What We’re Looking For /n You’re an experienced retail leader who understands that strong business results start with great people. /n You’ll bring: /n /n

- Multi-site retail leadership experience, ideally within technology, telecommunications, services or a similar fast-paced retail environment

- Strong coaching skills and a genuine passion for developing people

- Commercial awareness and confidence using data to understand and improve performance

- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
