We're looking for an experienced Asphalt Foreman to help run our onsite crew and deliver high quality asphalt works . Richmond Roads Group is independently owned and operated and working across SEQ with a solid forward book.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily asphalt crew operations
- Manage plant, trucks and site setup
- Ensure quality, safety and productivity
- Read plans and scopes to deliver accurate work
- Communicate with supervisors and clients
About you
- Strong asphalt laying experience
- Proven crew leadership skills
- Solid understanding of paving, levels and compaction
- Reliable, organised and safety focused
- HR/HC licence and VOCs (roller/paver) highly regarded
