Job Description
Leidos Australia is seeking a Senior ITSM Specialist to lead ITIL 4 service management across SIAM, knowledge management, measurement and asset management, ensuring high-quality, user‐focused IT services.

You will develop playbooks, govern procedures, monitor SLA performance, and collaborate with SMEs and suppliers to improve dashboards, reporting and governance.

Australian citizenship and NV1 security clearance eligibility is required.
