The RoleReporting to the Venue Manager and Group General Manager, the Assistant Venue Manager supports the Venue Manager in the daily leadership and operational execution of the restaurant.
This role is responsible for driving exceptional guest experiences, supporting and developing the front-of-house team, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across all shifts in a high-volume environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong floor presence, operational awareness, and the ability to lead by example during busy service periods.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Service DeliverySupport the Venue Manager in the day-to-day running of a high-volume, full table service restaurantEnsure smooth service delivery across lunch and dinner shifts, 7 days a weekMaintain consistent service standards, speed, and guest satisfaction during peak tradeActively manage floor operations, including section allocation, table turn times, and service flowAssist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring operational readiness and complianceLead, motivate, and support front-of-house team members during servicePromote, encourage and foster the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. brand with internal and external stakeholdersAssist with onboarding, training,
