Risk and Compliance professional
to join a respected, mid-sized Wealth Advisory and Professional Services firm with offices across Australia.

Working closely with the General Manager – Risk & Compliance, you will help shape the firm's approach to enterprise risk and regulatory compliance while gaining exposure across all facets of the business.

, this role partners directly with senior leadership providing a unique platform to make a meaningful impact while developing your career.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support the implementation and ongoing enhancement of the enterprise risk and compliance frameworks
n
Working closely with the Head of Risk and Compliance promote the firm's risk appetite and culture across business functions
n
Support business units in identifying, assessing, and managing key risks and regulatory obligations
n
Advise on policy development, control design, and risk mitigation strategies
n
Maintain effective training programs to ensure risk and compliance awareness firm-wide
n




Prepare reports and insights for executive management and the Risk Committee
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience in a risk and compliance role within the
financial services sector
n
Solid understanding of AFSL regulations
n
Strong knowledge of
investment or
financial advice and professional services environments would be excellent
n
Skilled communicator with the ability to interpret regulatory requirements and deliver practical, business-aligned solutions
n
Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
n
n
