This is a outstanding opportunity for someone early in their WHS career who wants real exposure to site operations, safety systems and compliance across telecommunications, civil construction and traffic control projects.
You'll work closely with management, supervisors and field crews, with a mix of office and on-site work.Key responsibilitiesConducting site safety inspections and compliance checksAssisting with SWMS, risk assessments and safety documentationSupporting toolbox talks, pre-starts and site inductionsMaintaining training,



licence and compliance registersAssisting with incident and hazard reporting and investigationsFollowing up corrective actions and site safety requirementsWorking with supervisors and crews to maintain a strong safety cultureAbout youStrong communication and organisational skillsGood computer and documentation skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learnConfidence working with both site crews and managementExperience in civil construction, telecommunications, utilities or traffic control is highly regarded but not essentialGenuine career progression within Safety & ComplianceHands-on training and mentoringExposure to multiple areas of the civil construction industry
