professional growth and delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients.About the RoleThe Client Service officer key purpose is to work collaboratively with the associates and the offshore client services team and support the specialist insurance team with their clients to drive value and service.
In addition to this, they also manage relevant day to day administration.You will be fundamental in providing an ongoing service to a portfolio of clients, and assisting our Advisers with the implementation of new business, and assisting with the administration side of the claims process.ResponsibilitiesAct as primary point of contact for client enquiries and service requestsBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and external providers through timely, proactive and professional communicationAssist with onboarding new clients and gathering required documentationCoordinate the insurance renewal process including booking meetings and generating schedules and supporting documentation with a high level of accuracyLiaise with insurance companies to collect policy informationCoordinate work requests with offshore teamAssist with insurance claims by preparing claim documentation and following up outstanding requirementsMaintain client records with accurate and timely information and in accordance with AFSL and regulatory obligationsExperience and SkillsA minimum of 1-2 years' experience in client services role within a financial planning practice or insurance industry.
