Public Area Attendants, Housemen and Room Attendants to join our hospitality team in
Cairns City, Queensland
.

MINIMUM 3 MONTHS' RELEVANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
n
This role is suited to people who already have experience in
hotel housekeeping, room attendant, public area cleaning or houseman duties
and are ready to join a professional team.

YOUR ROLE
n
You'll be an important part of the housekeeping operation, helping make sure our guests experience a clean, comfortable and welcoming hotel.
n
Your responsibilities may include:
n
n
Cleaning and servicing guest rooms
n
Cleaning bathrooms to a high standard
n
Maintaining corridors and public areas
n
Cleaning lobbies, lifts and hallways
n
Changing linen and towels
n
Replenishing guest amenities and supplies
n
Assisting with linen deliveries
n
Removing rubbish and keeping work areas clean
n
Restocking housekeeping supplies
n
Supporting laundry operations when required
n
Reporting maintenance issues, damages and safety hazards
n
Responding to guest requests professionally
n
Working closely with supervisors and the wider housekeeping team
n
n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
n
You must have:
n
✅
Minimum 3 months' relevant housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience
n
✅ Good understanding of hotel cleanliness standards
n
✅ Strong attention to detail
n
✅ Good communication skills
n
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
✅ Good time-management skills
n
✅ Physically capable of manual handling and active duties
n
✅ Reliable, punctual and well presented
n
✅ Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays
n
CITIZENSHIP / WORK RIGHTS
n
Australian citizenship is preferred for this role.
