About the Role
Emanate Technology is partnering with a Brisbane based organisation to recruit an experienced Change Analyst for a project focused on delivering new digital capabilities and improving the way stakeholders engage with and access key information and feedback processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working through effective stakeholder engagement, communication, training and change management activities. n

What You Will Be Doing

Develop and maintain change management strategies, impact assessments and change plans.
n
Conduct stakeholder analysis and establish targeted engagement approaches.
n
Design and deliver communication, awareness and engagement activities.
n
Develop training materials, support resources and adoption toolkits.
n
Assess organisational readiness and identify change risks and mitigation strategies.
n
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder consultations and focus groups.
n
Support business readiness activities leading into project deployment.
n
Monitor adoption, engagement and readiness metrics.
n
Collaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders and communications specialists.
n
Provide reporting, recommendations and updates to governance and leadership groups.

What You Will Bring

Demonstrated experience delivering change management outcomes within complex organisational or technology-enabled projects.
n
Strong experience conducting change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement planning.
n
Exceptional communication, facilitation and relationship management skills.
n
Proven ability to develop communications, training materials and adoption resources.
n
Experience engaging with stakeholders at executive, operational and end-user levels.
n
Ability to influence, build trust and drive stakeholder adoption in changing environments.
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n

Prosci, ADKAR or other recognised change management methodologies and certifications.
