The role:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
- Support experienced Property Managers across tenant and landlord relationships
- Assist with lease administration, arrears, maintenance and compliance
- Coordinate inspections, contractors and general property requirements
- Assist with reporting and portfolio administration
- Work closely with a broader property and asset management team
About you:
- Previous experience in commercial property administration, junior / assistant commercial property management
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Professional and confident communication style
- Genuine interest in building a career within commercial property
- Proactive, reliable and keen to learn
