Jetts Fitness is a 24/7 gym network with a mission to inspire people to live a better life and help members get into the best shape of their lives. At Jetts Fortitude Valley, we’re looking for an Assistant Club Manager who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in a well-run club and is motivated to help grow our membership community.

Working alongside the Club Manager, you’ll play an active role in membership sales, member engagement, daily operations, social media and local outreach. You’ll have clear responsibilities, established systems to work within and the opportunity to step up and manage daily operations when the Club Manager is away.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role combining member service, sales and club operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Membership sales and growth: Respond to enquiries, conduct club tours and follow up prospective members using a genuine, needs-based sales approach.
- Member engagement and retention: Welcome new members, support their onboarding and build relationships that help them stay connected to the club.
- Daily operations: Assist with membership administration, maintain accurate records and follow established club systems and schedules.
- Club presentation: Help maintain a clean, welcoming and well-presented gym, complete routine checks and report maintenance issues.
- Social media and marketing: Create and schedule engaging club content and support approved membership promotions and campaigns.
- Community outreach: Build connections with local businesses and support activities that introduce new people to the club.
- Management cover: Take responsibility for day-to-day club operations when the Club Manager is absent, handling enquiries and escalating issues when needed.

The role may include Saturday shifts,



depending on the club’s staffing needs. Working hours and availability will be discussed during the interview process.

Experience in a gym environment, membership sales or a similar customer-facing role will be highly regarded. Previous management experience is welcome, but we also encourage applications from candidates ready to take the next step in their fitness career.

Essential Qualification

- Minimum Certificate III in Fitness.
