Here's what will help you thrive in this role:
Current registration, or eligibility for registration, as a Registered Nurse
Experience leading healthcare services, programs or multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to lead change, improve services and support a culture of quality and safety
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have postgraduate qualifications in nursing, health leadership or management, and experience leading large-scale improvement initiatives.
Above all,
