About the Role

As an Assistant Educator or Trainee Educator, you will play an important role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supporting the planning and implementation of engaging learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Assisting with daily routines, including meals, rest times,



and indoor and outdoor play
- Observing and documenting children's learning and development
- Working collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality education and care
- Contributing to a positive centre culture that reflects the values of Jelly Tots

About You

We're looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine passion for working with children
- Brings positivity, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
- Communicates effectively with children, families, and team members
- Values teamwork and collaboration
- Is committed to continuous learning and professional growth
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Holds or is willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
- Holds a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or is willing to undertake traineeship studies
