Care Fetchers is seeking experienced AIN/PCW to provide high-quality clinical care across residential aged care facilities throughout Bathurst, Blayney, Milthorpe, Lithgow, Molong, Wellington. You will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to clients in aged care facilities or in their homes. Your role supports independence, dignity and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities
- Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance
- Assistance with meals, hydration and daily routines
- Social support and meaningful engagement
About you
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- COVID‑19 vaccination as required
- Experience in aged care, disability or community support (desirable)
