ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a part-time on-site role for an Associate Dentist at Midway Dental Clinic located in Ryde and Ashfield, NSW with future transition into full-time.

- Starting part-time role 2-3 days including weekends (approximately 20-30 hours weekly) with future transition into full-time
- Favourable sliding commission scale with very high earning potential
- Full and busy appointment scheduling

REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate must have:

- An unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Your own ABN and private professional indemnity
- A minimum of 3 years experience in private practice (preferably Australia). While 3 years minimum experience is required, we may consider exceptional candidates with slightly less experience
- Experience in either orthodontics, implant dentistry or wisdom teeth removals
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship required

OUR PRACTICE We have recently undergone an exciting major expansion and complete revamp, growing from a 2-chair to a state-of-the-art 5-chair facility.

Our clinic operates with a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary mindset. Our team of general practitioners holds extensive advanced training across diverse fields, including complex wisdom teeth removals, implant surgery, fixed and removable orthodontics, Invisalign, prosthodontics, and comprehensive full-mouth rehabilitations (including resin, indirect restorations and All-on-X treatment).

We prioritise patient- and family-centred care, and are highly reviewed among Google Reviews.



Both clinics are equipped with the latest in dental technology including CEREC Omnicams and Primescans, an MCXL milling unit and Speedfire furnace, Sirona 3D Printing, iTero 3D scanners, in-house OPG/Lateral Ceph and CBCT, digital radiography, full surgical setups for wisdom teeth removals and implant placement including CGF and Piezo, laser and rotary endodontics.

Our team boasts high billing with our dentists grossing a minimum of $4000-$5000 daily. However, this is always in line with appropriate and ethical treatment planning and outcomes.
