About The Role The Associate is a key member of the More Homes Group, responsible for supporting reporting, governance and performance monitoring across Housing Australia’s housing programs.
Working closely with program teams and stakeholders, the role coordinates, analyses and delivers high-quality reporting to support governance forums, executive decision-making and external reporting requirements. The Associate prepares reports, briefings and governance materials, while ensuring reporting outputs are accurate, timely and aligned with business needs.
The role also supports governance processes through stakeholder coordination, reporting administration and the ongoing improvement of reporting frameworks and practices.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities in this role include:
Reporting and Performance Monitoring
- Support the preparation of internal and external program reporting.
- Monitor program performance,
milestones and delivery outcomes.
- Maintain reporting tools and performance tracking mechanisms.
- Contribute to reporting requests and stakeholder information needs.
Governance and Coordination
- Support governance activities, reporting schedules and submission processes.
- Coordinate reporting inputs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Assist with Board, committee and executive reporting requirements.
- Maintain governance documentation and reporting records.
Executive Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports, briefings and management updates.
- Analyse and consolidate information from a range of sources.
- Support executive and governance reporting activities.
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, consistent and timely.
Stakeholder Engagement and Continuous Improvement
- Coordinate reporting activities and information requests across stakeholders.
- Build effective working relationships across the organisation.
- Support quality assurance and reporting compliance activities.
- Contribute to reporting and governance process improvements.
Skills and Experiences
What You'll Bring
- Experience in reporting, governance, business operations or a related workplace.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate and communicate information effectively.
- Experience preparing reports,
briefings and management information for stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with reporting, governance or business systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, communications, public policy or a related discipline.
