We're looking for an eCommerce Trade Manager to join our Digital team on a
12-month maternity leave contract
, taking ownership of how our website trades, performs and evolves.
n
Reporting to our Chief Digital Officer, you'll lead a small eCommerce team and work closely with Marketing, Merchandise, Planning, CX, Product and Technology to create an exceptional customer experience while delivering robust commercial outcomes.
n
This is a hands-on eCommerce trading role with a broad remit across onsite merchandising, conversion, customer experience, analytics, promotions and campaign execution. You'll be the go-to expert for our onsite experience and eCommerce tools, making sure our digital storefront is working brilliantly every day.
Own the eCommerce experience n
Own the day-to-day trading and performance of our website, making sure our virtual store is working hard for our customers and our business.

Use data and customer insights to improve how customers discover, shop and buy.
n
Own key onsite tools including search, merchandising, promotions, product content, navigation and reviews.
n
Build landing pages and collections that bring campaigns and products to life.
n
Continuously optimise the onsite experience to help customers find what they're looking for.

Trade with a commercial mindset n
Bring a commercial lens to everything you do, turning performance data into insights and actions that drive eCommerce growth.

Partner with the CDO and wider teams to forecast performance and track results.
n
Turn data and analytics into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
n
Have a voice in our promotional and campaign calendar, ensuring onsite activity delivers commercially.
n
Share learnings and outcomes to shape future eCommerce activity.
n
Optimise conversion n
Lead our CRO agenda and look for smarter ways to remove friction and make the customer journey easier.
n
n
Identify opportunities across the customer funnel to improve conversion.
n
Use A/B testing, analytics and customer insights to test, learn and optimise.
n
Monitor performance and translate findings into practical improvements.
n
Share learnings across the business to inform future activity.
n
Make campaigns happen n
Work closely with Marketing and Retail Marketing to bring campaigns, promotions and NPD launches to life onsite.
n
n
Configure and test promotional codes, GWPs, Goodie Bags and other offers.
n
Ensure campaigns,
content and promotions are accurately implemented and ready to launch.
n
Troubleshoot issues ahead of launch and resolve onsite challenges quickly.
n
Review campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve.
n
Make things work better n
Look beyond the day-to-day to find better, smarter ways of working across the eCommerce function.
n
n
Understand root causes and develop practical solutions to ongoing issues.
n
Improve processes, automation, training and ways of working.
n
Partner with Product and Technology on site improvements, enhancements and the eCommerce roadmap.
n
Help build more scalable and efficient eCommerce ways of working.
n
Lead and collaborate n
Lead a small eCommerce team while working closely with teams across Adore to deliver a seamless customer experience.
n

Build capability, confidence and ownership across the eCommerce team.
n
Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Merchandise, Planning, CX, Product and Technology.
n
Simplify complex ideas and build buy-in across different teams.
n
Help teams confidently use our eCommerce tools and processes.
n
n
