About the Role n
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include:

Welcoming and caring for patients from the moment they arrive
n
n
Managing appointments and phone enquiries
n
n
Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
n
n
Instrument reprocessing and infection control
n
n
Maintaining surgery presentation and stock levels
n
n
Supporting the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
n
n
Coordinating treatment schedules and recalls
n
n
Processing payments and health fund claims
n
About You n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
n
Experienced as a Dental Assistant,Dental receptionist or in a similar healthcare role
n
n
Friendly, professional and confident communicating with patients
n
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
n
Able to multitask in a busy environment
n
n
A genuine team player with a positive attitude
n
n




Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
n
n
Experience as a Dental Receptionist or Dental Assistant is preferred. We also welcome applications from experienced medical receptionists and customer service professionals with a genuine interest in dentistry.

Experience with dental software is highly regarded, but we're happy to provide training for the right person.
