n Afternoon Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm | $***** per hour

About the Role n
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Casual Production Workers to join a busy manufacturing and processing workplace in Bridgewater.
n
These roles offer consistent Monday-to-Friday work, with opportunities for additional hours and overtime for those who are reliable, motivated and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
n
You will work as part of a team across production, packing and general manufacturing operations. The work is hands-on and can be physically demanding, with employees required to remain on their feet for extended periods and undertake repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Preparing and organising production and mixing areas for each shift.
n
Operating basic production and packing machinery.
n
Mixing, packing, sealing, labelling and palletising finished products.
n
Moving and storing finished products safely and efficiently.
n
Completing production records and paperwork accurately.
n
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment.
n
Performing repetitive production tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.
n
Assisting with general warehouse and production duties as required.
n
Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily production requirements.
n
Packing Operations n
Production workers may be required to work within different packing areas, including:
n
Small Goods Packing: Packing 5kg and 10kg products using basic machinery, including filling, sealing and labelling.
n




Large-Format Packing: Packing 12.5kg and 20kg products using conveyor systems and machinery.
n
By-Product Packing: Operating basic machinery to fill and pack 25kg bags.
About You n
To be successful, you will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing, packing or a similar environment.
n
The physical capacity to safely lift up to 25kg.
n
The ability to stand and work on your feet for an extended period.
n
The ability to undertake repetitive work while maintaining attention to detail.
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
The ability to follow instructions, procedures and workplace safety requirements.
n
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
n
A current driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
A willingness to undertake additional training where required.
n

Physical & Workplace Requirements n
This is a hands-on production environment. The role involves:

Regular lifting and manual handling.
n
Standing and walking for most of an 8-hour shift.
n
Repetitive production activities.
n
Working around machinery and production equipment.

Working in an environment where airborne dust may be present.
n
