We're looking for a
People & Payroll Administrator
to join our supportive Office Operations Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role n
This is a varied administration role supporting our people, payroll, learning and development, compliance and business systems functions.
n
Working closely with our People & Culture Manager and wider Head Office team, you'll assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll administration, employee records, training coordination and compliance activities that help keep our organisation running effectively.
n
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and loves being part of a collaborative team.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes
n
Preparing employment contracts and employee documentation
n
Maintaining employee records and HR systems
n
Assisting with payroll administration and timesheet processing
n
Coordinating mandatory training and learning records
n
Monitoring employee compliance requirements and checks
n
Supporting Employment Hero, Wyzed and other business systems
n
Maintaining registers, reports and organisational records
n
Providing administrative support across the Office Operations Team
n
About You n

Skills & Experience n
n
Experience in administration, HR administration, payroll administration or a similar support role
n
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
n
Excellent organisation and time management skills
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Experience maintaining accurate records and confidential information
n
Ability to learn new systems quickly and confidently
n
n
Beneficial but Not Essential
