About the role

As an Automotive Trade Parts Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient parts support to our trade customers, workshops and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

- Identifying and supplying automotive parts accurately and efficiently

- Assisting trade customers with parts enquiries and product selection

- Providing quotes and processing customer orders

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers

- Calling on Trade Customers

- Answering phone and online enquiries promptly and professionally

- Liaising with suppliers to source parts and confirm availability

- Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock

- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring orders are processed correctly

- Supporting the wider parts team to achieve sales and customer service targets

About you

- Previous experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter or in a similar trade parts role





- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle applications

- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to accurately identify parts using catalogues and electronic systems

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment
- A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude
- A current driver's licence

- Experience with automotive parts cataloguing systems and trade customer accounts will be highly regarded
