Key Responsibilities:

- Provide dedicated onsite AV support and rapid troubleshooting during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM).

- Conduct routine maintenance,



software updates, and preventative checks.

- Perform equipment inspections and system calibration, identifying potential issues.

- Deliver operational training and guidance to end users.

- Assist clients during meetings, presentations, and events.

- Prepare post-visit reports and recommendations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery and system efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Certificate or Diploma in Audio-Visual Technology, IT, Electronics, or related field.

- Proven experience in AV support or technician roles, ideally in corporate or healthcare environments.

- Strong knowledge of AV systems, signal flow, and conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Crestron, etc.).

- Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support.
