We’re opening a new drive-through bakehouse and looking for an experienced Baker and Chef to join our opening team.

Available roles and annual salary packages

- Baker: $80,000–$85,000, depending on experience.
- Chef: $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience.

Baker responsibilities

- Prepare and bake breads, pastries and other bakery products.
- Plan daily production and maintain consistent quality and freshness.
- Manage ingredients, stock rotation and waste.

Chef responsibilities

- Prepare and cook fresh menu items to a consistent standard.
- Organise daily preparation and manage busy service periods.
- Contribute to menu development and specials.
- Manage portion control, stock rotation and food waste.

About you

- Relevant experience in a bakery,



café or commercial kitchen.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- A reliable, positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness.
- Availability for early starts and rostered weekend shifts.
