Infinity Bakery opened the first organic sourdough bakery in Darlinghurst in 1997, driven by a passion for quality, sustainability, and tradition. Using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable practices, we craft authentic sourdough and pastries that celebrate the art of real baking.

Since then, we’ve grown into one of Sydney’s leading wholesale bakeries, proudly supplying over 300 cafés and restaurants. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond wholesale, with our retail stores in Broadway, Lindfield, Randwick, and Redfern, where customers can experience our handcrafted breads and pastries firsthand.

This role is based in Homebush-West with plenty of street parking and Flemington station a 5 min walk away.

About the role

Bakery Packer – Night Shifts

We are looking for 1–2 reliable, hands-on team members to assist with our busy bread packing line.

This is a permanent part time role with paid annual leave and paid personal/carer’s leave (including sick leave), accrued based on your ordinary hours of work

This role suits someone who enjoys practical work, works quickly and accurately, and has good dexterity and attention to detail. You’ll be part of a team ensuring our bread is packed correctly and ready for dispatch in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Previous packing or bakery experience is welcome but not essential. Full training will be provided.

About the role

- Packing bread efficiently and carefully.




- Checking products, quantities and packaging for accuracy.
- Keeping the packing area clean and organised.
- Following food safety procedures and working closely with the team to meet nightly deadlines.

About you:
- Reliable, punctual and comfortable working late at night.
- Good hand dexterity, speed and attention to detail.
- Able to stay focused and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Able to arrange reliable transport to and from night shifts.

Hours and availability: Shifts start at 9 pm and finish between midnight and 1 am, depending on business needs.

Our packing line operates seven nights a week. We are recruiting 1–2 people to cover these shifts, with nights shared across the successful candidates according to availability and business requirements.
