What You'll Do |

- Help support the team and take pride in every product that leaves it
- Keep quality, taste and presentation consistent, batch after batch
- Train and support junior team members
- Help create new products and seasonal ranges
- Keep a clean, safe and organised kitchen

What You'll Bring |

- Experience as a Pastry Chef or CDP in a pastry or bakery kitchen
- A trade qualification in Patisserie or Baking (highly regarded)
- Flexibility for early starts, weekends, public holidays and seasonal peaks
- Initiative, problem solving skills and a team-first attitude
- Ideas, and the drive to help us become the best food emporium in Australia
