Earp Distilling Co. is a family owned venue with Newcastle roots dating back to 1883. We craft premium spirits in office; sip them in a cocktail at our distillery bar & restaurant, take home a bottle, or catch us pouring at events around town. You can also get hands on with our experiences, designed to throw you into the world of distilling. The fun doesn't stop there - we have a dedicated functions space where we host a range of events - weddings, corporate functions, social outings and more.
About The Roles
We are currently recruiting for several positions across the business in a casual capacity.
- Bar & Floor Staff
- Event Staff (including event set up staff)
- Experiences Staff
- Kitchen Staff
- Supervisors across all departments
Experience Required
Experience is preferred,
but not required for those with the right passion and energy! We are more than happy to provide training. The following skills are advantageous:
- Strong customer service skills
- Bar knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar role
